1. Should have experience in Government E-Market Place.
2. Driving Sales and Business opportunities in the form of Government bids and tenders through GEM/ E Procurement Portal.
3. Should have experience in the field of GEM and various type of Biding Procedure Knowledge about upload Catalogue on Govt. portal, for Service Bids, participated Bids, Service Bids live, Invoice generate etc.
4. Knowledge about Editing and Sorting the Bid
5. Knowledge about to generate customized bid for requited institute and government sector Categorized the product as Make in India oriented
6. Sales and Service Order Executed/Generated On GEM portal.
7. Knowledge about the Microsoft outlook access for Tender and Quotation
8. Handling GEM portal, E procurement Portal
9. Tender searching.
10. Filling Tenders.
11. Making quotation against enquiry.
12. Follow up customer regarding vendor registration.
13. Follows up regarding enquiries submitted.
14. Making reply letter for query.
15. Order Execution entry.
16. Typing letter.
17. Proforma Invoice, Confirmation of Order, internet surfing, search new customer.
18. Govt. Registration related work.
19. Follow up from other vendors regarding Prices, MAF and Material status.
20. Handling calls and emails
21. Vendor Registration
22. Strong Payment Follow ups.
