Search, identify, and download tenders from online portals (GeM, Government e-portals, private portals)
Prepare and submit tender documents within deadlines
Review tender requirements, eligibility criteria, and technical specifications
Coordinate with internal departments for technical and commercial details
Prepare and maintain tender documentation, EMD, affidavits, and supporting papers
Ensure all tender forms, annexures, and declarations are filled accurately
Track submitted tenders and follow up on results
Maintain a database of tenders, bids, and renewal dates
Handle online bidding, price quoting, and uploading of required documents
Communicate with vendors, clients, and government departments if needed
Required Skills:
Strong knowledge of government and private tender portals
Good communication and documentation skills
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PDF)
Attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work under deadlines
Good understanding of commercial terms (EMD, BOQ, technical bid, financial bid)
