1. Manage and maintain company presence on GeM Portal and other e-procurement portals.
2. Upload and update product listings, pricing, and catalog information on GeM and related platforms.
3. Prepare and process sales orders, quotations, and invoices accurately in coordination with the sales team.
4. Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve queries related to quotations, product details, or order status.
5. Maintain and update records of customer interactions, transactions, and follow-ups in the ERP system
