Job Description

Job Responsibilities:



Manage and operate government e-tendering portals (GEM, RPF, State & Central e-procurement portals).

Search and identify relevant tenders, evaluate eligibility criteria, and share updates with management.

Prepare, compile, and upload tender documents as per requirements.

Handle tender submissions, EMD, tender fees, and related formalities.

Coordinate for pre-bid meetings and clarification queries.

Maintain proper records of submitted tenders, supporting documents, and deadlines.

Generate MIS reports and share regular status updates with management.

Requirements:



Graduate (B.Com / M.Com / MBA or relevant field preferred).

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in e-tendering, GEM, RPF, or government procurement portals.

Strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PDF handling, scanning).

Detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and highly organized.

Good communication and coordination skills.
