Job Summary
We are looking for a
Tender & Bid Management Executive
to manage government tender opportunities on
GeM portal and other e-procurement platforms
. The role involves sourcing tenders, assessing feasibility, preparing bid documents, and coordinating with internal teams and vendors to ensure timely submission and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Source and analyze business opportunities on
GeM portal
and other government tender platforms
Review
RFPs, RFQs, PQCs
to assess feasibility and bid potential
Prepare, compile, and submit accurate bid documents in line with client and government requirements
Manage the
end-to-end bidding process
- documentation, approvals, pricing, and submission
Participate in
reverse auctions and negotiations
to secure competitive pricing
Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors for technical and commercial inputs
Maintain a database of bids submitted, outcomes, and follow-ups
Ensure compliance with
tender terms, statutory norms, and timelines
Track updates or modifications in ongoing tenders
Qualifications & Skills
Education:
B.Com (mandatory)
Experience:
3-5 years preferred; freshers with
GeM portal knowledge
may apply
Strong knowledge of
GeM portal and government procurement processes
Skills in
bid & proposal management, documentation, vendor coordination, and negotiation
