Tender Executive

Location: Ahmedabad

CTC: ?3-4 LPA

Roles & Responsibilities:

Manage tenders on GEM, E-Procurement & N-Procurement portals Analyze tender eligibility, scope of work & coordinate for bid submissions Handle GEM listings, bidding, RA, order execution & dispute resolution Ensure compliance with Gujarat Govt. procurement norms & contract terms Maintain tender documentation & assist in audits Coordinate with internal teams & govt. departments for bid requirements Manage LOAs, work orders, and follow-ups on payments & contract execution

Requirements:

? Experience with GEM, E-Procurement & N-Procurement portals
? Knowledge of Gujarat Govt. bidding policies
? Strong MS Office & documentation skills
