Manage end-to-end process of Government e-Marketplace (GeM) tenders, bids, and contracts.
Register company, upload product/services, and update catalog on GeM portal.
Search and monitor new tenders/RFQs/RFPs relevant to company's products/services.
Prepare, compile, and submit bids/tenders within deadlines.
Coordinate with internal departments (sales, finance, technical) for documentation and pricing.
Handle tender queries, clarifications, and communications with government buyers.
Maintain MIS reports of submitted tenders and track status.
Ensure compliance with government tender norms, eligibility criteria, and documentation.
Negotiate and finalize orders/contracts after bid award.
Follow-up for payments, order execution, and post-tender requirements.
Required Skills:
Good knowledge of
GeM portal, CPPP, e-tender portals
.
Strong documentation and compliance handling skills.
Basic understanding of government procurement processes.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PDF editing).
Attention to detail & ability to meet deadlines.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Qualification:
Graduate - preference for candidates with experience in tendering/procurement.
1-3 years of experience in GeM/e-Tendering preferred.
