Job Location : Kolkata, Near Dalhousie

Position :

Contract / Tendering Executive

with

2-3 years of experience in PSU / GeM tendering

to manage end-to-end tender intelligence and documentation.

CTC - Up to 4.5 Lacs

Qualifications : Graduate or from mining industry

Industry : Coal mining

Key requirements:

Hands-on experience with GeM, PSU & e-procurement portals Strong skills in tender search, synopsis preparation, documentation & compliance Ability to track portals daily and manage multiple tenders with zero error mindset Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PDF tools Comfortable working under deadlines and documentation-heavy roles

Role highlights:

Ownership of daily tender tracking across portals (Government, PSU, private, GeM, and other e-procurement portals) with maintenance of structured

tender trackers

Preparation of clear tender synopses to support bid / no-bid and contract review decisions End-to-end involvement in the tendering lifecycle--from identification to submission Detailed documentation and compliance Market & competitor analysis Primary ownership of selected tenders, reducing dependency on senior resources Structured, documentation-driven role with strong focus on compliance and accuracy Opportunity to build and refine SOPs, trackers, and tender repositories Hands-on coordination with technical, commercial, and finance teams
