Job Description

We are a growing IT services company actively working with government and enterprise clients. As part of our expansion, we participate in e-tenders and GEM portal opportunities. We are looking for a detail-oriented Tender Executive for IT who can support end-to-end tender activities and contribute to business growth through government projects.
Tasks

• Search, analyse, and shortlist relevant tenders from GEM, CPPP, and other e-tender portals
• Study tender documents and check eligibility, scope, and compliance
• Prepare and submit technical and commercial bids within timelines
• Coordinate with internal teams (technical, finance, operations) for documents and pricing
• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance of tender documentation
• Maintain tender trackers, records, deadlines, and bid status
• Handle post-submission follow-ups, clarifications, and basic coordination
• Support invoice follow-ups, client communication, and documentation when required
• Assist management with reports, updates, and tender-related insights

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in tendering / bidding / e-procurement (IT preferred)
• Exposure to GEM portal, CPPP, or government tenders is a plus
• Strong documentation, coordination, and follow-up skills
• Basic knowledge of Excel and MS Office
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines with accuracy
