JOB DESCRIPTION: TENDER EXECUTIVE
JOB SUMMARY
Identify tender opportunities, preapre accurate tender documents,
coordinate with internal departments, and ensure timely
submission, Requires strong documentation skills, attention to
detail and knowledge of e-procurement portals.
KEY RESPONSIBILITES
Tender identification & tracking.
Coordination & communication.
Documentation @ preparation
Bid submission & support
SKILL & COMPETENCISIS
Strong knowledge of e-tendering portals (GeM,CPPP, State portals)
Excellent MS Office skills (World, Excel, PDF editing)
Good Communication and understanding of English
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
BacheloraEUR(TM)s degree in any stream
0-2 years of experience in tendering / documentation
Experience in e-procurements portals
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
Strong analytical and interpretation skills.
Ability to manage multiple tenders simultaneously
Good understanding of financial & commercial terms
Maintain confidentiallity & accuray in documentation
