) operations. The ideal candidate will manage the complete tendering cycle, ensure compliance, and coordinate with internal teams for smooth and timely submissions.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end tendering process on
GeM
and other e-procurement portals
Create bids, prepare BOQ, upload documents, and handle reverse auctions
Monitor new tenders, bids, corrigenda, and updates on GeM portal
Prepare
technical & commercial
documents as per tender specifications
Coordinate with internal teams for approvals, quotations, and documentation
Ensure strict compliance with government norms, policies, and deadlines
Maintain detailed tender records, MIS reports, and submission trackers
Handle post-bid activities such as order acceptance, documentation, and communication
Required Skills & Qualifications
Mandatory experience
working on the GeM Portal
Strong understanding of government tendering procedures
Ability to prepare technical & commercial bid documents
Proficiency in
MS Office
(Excel, Word, PDF handling)
Strong communication, coordination, and time-management skills
Ability to work independently under tight deadlines
Education
Graduate / Diploma (any discipline)
Certification in Tender Management is an added advantage
Preferred Profile
Experience in PSU, Central Government & State Government tenders
Familiarity with additional e-procurement portals besides GeM
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
