Key Responsibilities:
Search, evaluate, and participate in relevant government and private tenders.
Prepare tender documentation, proposals, and quotations.
Coordinate with internal departments for technical and commercial details.
Manage online portals like GeM, eProcurement, and other tender websites.
Ensure timely submission of tenders and maintain proper documentation.
Handle tender-related queries, clarifications, and post-tender follow-ups.
Maintain tender records, reports, and MIS data.
Requirements:
Minimum 2-5 years of experience in tender management.
Strong knowledge of government e-tendering portals.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.
