Coordination & Documentation
Coordinating with internal departments (finance, legal, procurement) to gather necessary documents.
Managing tender-related correspondence and documentation.
Maintaining records of past tenders and submissions.
Market & Competitor Analysis
Researching industry trends, competitors, and pricing strategies.
Analyzing previous tender outcomes to improve future submissions.
Compliance & Risk Assessment
Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Identifying risks in the tendering process and addressing them.
Negotiation & Follow-ups
Communicating with clients, vendors, and government officials.
Following up on submitted tenders and negotiating contract terms.

Eligibility & Qualifications
