Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Tender Executive to join our team. The Tender Executive will be responsible for managing the end-to-end tender process, including identifying tender opportunities, preparing and submitting tender documents, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure compliance with tender requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Research and identify tender opportunities relevant to the company's business objectives. Analyse tender documents to understand requirements, deadlines, and evaluation criteria. Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including sales, technical, and finance teams, to gather information and prepare tender documents. Ensure all tender documents are complete, accurate, and submitted within deadlines. Liaise with external agencies and partners, as necessary, to gather required information for tender submissions. Review and negotiate tender terms and conditions to ensure alignment with company policies and objectives. Maintain a database of tender documents, submissions, and outcomes for future reference and analysis. Monitor and track tender results and provide regular updates to management. Assist in the development of tender strategies and pricing models to maximize competitiveness and profitability.
