Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented

Tender Executive

to manage and coordinate the tendering process for government and private sector projects. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of tender documentation, online portals (GeM, CPPP, etc.), and excellent coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Search, identify, and track new tender opportunities through various tender portals. Handle online and offline tender submission including documentation, bid preparation, and timely submission. Coordinate with internal departments (Accounts, Technical, Purchase, etc.) for compiling necessary documents. Review and ensure all tender documents are complete, accurate, and in compliance with tender requirements. Maintain and update tender files and records. Follow up with clients and vendors regarding tender status and results. Prepare and maintain MIS reports related to tenders and submissions. Ensure timely renewals of certificates (e.g., MSME, NSIC, etc.) and registrations on portals.

Requirements:

Graduate in any discipline (B.Com, BBA, or similar preferred). 1-3 years of experience in tendering (preferably in government e-tendering). Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Knowledge of government e-tendering platforms like GeM, CPPP, E-Tender India, etc. Strong communication and coordination skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
