Responsibilities of a Tender Executive



Tender Identification & Analysis

Regularly track and identify relevant tenders on government and private portals. Study tender notices, eligibility criteria, and scope of work carefully. Analyze feasibility and assess whether to participate in the tender.

Documentation & Submission

Prepare, compile, and submit technical and financial bid documents. Ensure all required certificates, forms, and supporting documents are up to date and submitted correctly. Coordinate with internal departments (finance, legal, technical, operations) for necessary inputs. Upload bids on e-tendering portals within deadlines.

Compliance & Coordination

Ensure adherence to government rules, regulations, and tender compliance guidelines. Follow up with clients, consultants, or government bodies for clarifications. Maintain communication with vendors, suppliers, and third parties (if applicable).

Post-Tender Activities

Track submitted tenders and update management on status/progress. Assist in negotiations, clarifications, and documentation during tender evaluation. Maintain records of awarded tenders, contracts, and unsuccessful bids for reference.

Reporting & MIS

Maintain a database of tenders (submitted, won, lost) for reporting and analysis. Provide regular updates to senior management about upcoming and ongoing bids.

Pay: ₹20,248.11 - ₹30,314.44 per month
