Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented

Tender Executive

with a background in

Civil, Interior, or Construction

to manage tendering processes for our commercial and government projects. The ideal candidate will handle the preparation, submission, and follow-up of tenders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and review tender opportunities from various portals (e.g., GeM, CPPP, E-Tendering platforms) Prepare and compile tender documents as per RFP/RFQ requirements Coordinate with internal teams (estimation, billing, design, etc.) to gather necessary inputs Prepare BOQs, technical proposals, and commercial documents Ensure timely submission of tenders with complete documentation Maintain records of all submitted and upcoming tenders Follow up with clients and authorities for updates on tender status Assist in vendor registration and documentation updates on government portals Prepare compliance sheets, checklists, and summary reports

Requirements:

Diploma/Degree in

Civil Engineering

,

Interior Design

, or a related field 1-3 years of experience in tendering, preferably in the

interior or construction industry

Familiarity with government and private sector tendering processes Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), emails, and documentation Knowledge of online tender portals (e.g., GEM, E-Tender, CPPP, etc.) Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Good communication and coordination abilities Immediate joiners preferred

Monthly Salary:
