Key Responsibilities
Tender Identification & Tracking
Monitor tender portals, government websites, and industry sources for new tender opportunities .
Maintain a database of upcoming and ongoing tenders.
Bid Preparation & Submission
Review tender documents, understand requirements, and assess feasibility.
Prepare and compile all necessary documents (technical, commercial, financial).
Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Legal, Finance, Operations) for inputs.
Ensure timely submission of bids in compliance with tender guidelines.
Documentation & Compliance
Ensure all submissions meet legal, financial, and technical requirements.
Maintain records of submitted bids, contracts, and related correspondence.
Stay updated on industry regulations and tender policies.
Pricing & Proposal Development
Assist in pricing strategies and cost estimations.
Draft compelling proposals highlighting company strengths and differentiators.
Post-Submission Follow-Up
Track bid status and respond to queries from tendering authorities.
Analyze unsuccessful bids for improvement opportunities.
Stakeholder Coordination
Liaise with vendors, partners, and clients for necessary documentation.
Attend pre-bid meetings and clarify tender-related queries.
Qualifications & Skills
Experience:
6+ years in tender/bid management, preferably in [industry, e.g.,IT, EPC industry].
Skills:
Excellent written & verbal communication.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and tender portals.
Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
Knowledge of contract terms.
