We are looking for a Tender Manager/Tender Executive who will be responsible for preparing and evaluating bids and tenders for valuable contracts.

Creating effective candidate profiles for a GEM (Government e-Marketplace) and e-procurement role requires a focus on key skills, experience, and attributes relevant to e-procurement processes, vendor management, and government regulations.

Skills:

Basic understanding of e-procurement processes Proficiency in GEM portal operations Vendor management Strong communication and negotiation skills Basic knowledge of government procurement regulations

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.

Certifications (Preferred)

GEM Procurement Professional Certification
