Tender Executive Cum Sales Coordinator

Job Description

Monitor government and private tender portals for relevant opportunities. Review tender documents, eligibility criteria, and technical requirements. Prepare and compile complete tender submissions within deadlines. Coordinate with internal teams to collect necessary documents and data. Ensure accurate submission of online and offline tenders. Maintain records of submitted tenders, amendments, and results. Follow up on tender status and support in post-tender activities. Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial offers for clients. Respond to client inquiries and provide required information. Coordinate with sales, accounts, and operations teams for order processing. Maintain CRM entries, sales trackers, and client communication logs. Schedule meetings, follow-ups, and presentations for the sales team. Support sales targets through timely coordination and documentation. Handle correspondence with clients and vendors professionally. Prepare MIS reports for tenders and sales performance. Ensure all documents are updated, organized, and audit-ready. Assist in pricing discussions and basic commercial analysis. Manage filing of agreements, POs, and business documents. Work under deadlines and manage multiple tasks efficiently. Support management with weekly updates and required reports.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
