Job Description

Job Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end operations on the

Government e-Marketplace (GeM) Portal

Create, update, and optimize

product listings

(catalogue, pricing, specifications) Handle

Bid / BOQ / Reverse Auction

processes Monitor and respond to

buyer queries

on the GeM portal Track

orders, deliveries, invoices, and payments

Coordinate with internal teams for order execution and dispatch Ensure compliance with

GeM guidelines, policies, and timelines

Prepare and maintain

MIS reports

related to bids, orders, and sales Resolve order-related issues, returns, and complaints on GeM Stay updated with

latest GeM notifications and circulars

Job Location - Mohali

Education - Any Degree Required
