Job Overview

Kridha Energy Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced

Tender & Bid Manager

who can independently manage

end-to-end tendering and bidding activities

for government and PSU projects in the renewable/solar sector. The ideal candidate should have strong exposure to

GeM Portal, e-Procurement systems, tender documentation, liaisoning

, and coordination with

technical & finance departments

.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and track tenders on

GeM Portal, e-Procurement portals, State & Central Govt. portals

. Complete

end-to-end tender documentation

, including EMD, BOQ, compliance, technical & financial bids. Coordinate with

technical, finance, and operations teams

for bid preparation and approvals. Prepare and submit

online & offline bids

within defined timelines. Handle

pre-bid meetings, clarifications, corrigendum analysis

, and post-bid follow-ups. Liaison with

government departments, PSUs, and nodal agencies

for tender-related matters. Ensure compliance with

tender terms, eligibility criteria, and statutory requirements

. Maintain proper

tender records, trackers, and MIS reports

.

Required Skills & Competencies

Strong working knowledge of

GeM Portal & e-Procurement systems

Expertise in

Tender Documentation & Bid Preparation

Experience in

Liaisoning with Government Departments

Understanding of

Technical & Financial aspects

of bids Knowledge of

Solar / Renewable Energy projects

preferred Good drafting, coordination, and compliance management skills Ability to handle

multiple tenders simultaneously

under strict deadlines

Eligibility Criteria

Experience:

Minimum 2 Years, Maximum 6 Years in Tendering/Bidding

Education:

Graduate/Postgraduate (Engineering / Finance / Management preferred) Prior experience in

Government / PSU tenders

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
