Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive
Tender Executive
to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the entire tender process, from identifying suitable opportunities to submitting winning proposals. This role requires strong organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to work under strict deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
Tender Identification and Analysis
: Regularly search for new tender opportunities from government and private organizations on various portals. Analyze tender documents to understand all requirements, terms, and conditions.
Documentation and Submission
: Prepare and compile all necessary technical and commercial documents for tender submissions. Ensure all proposals are accurate, complete, and submitted on time.
Coordination
: Liaise with internal teams, including sales, technical, and finance, to gather information and ensure alignment with tender requirements.
Follow-Up
: Track the status of submitted tenders and follow up with concerned authorities as needed.
Record Keeping
: Maintain an organized database of all tender documents, submissions, and outcomes.
Market Intelligence
: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and new government policies related to tendering.
Qualifications
Experience
: Proven experience in managing the end-to-end tender process, preferably in the security or electronics industry.
Education
: A bachelor's degree in business administration, commerce, or a related field is preferred.
Skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM/ERP software.
Strong analytical and organizational abilities.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Knowledge of various e-procurement portals is a significant advantage.
