Primary Responsibilities



1. Tender Preparation and Submission



Identify and review tender opportunities through online portals, publications, or client notifications. Study and analyze tender requirements, terms, and conditions in detail. Coordinate with relevant departments (e.g., legal, finance, operations) to gather required information for bid preparation. Draft, compile, and format tender documents, ensuring accuracy and professionalism. Submit tenders within deadlines and follow up on submissions.

2. Tender Evaluation and Analysis



Conduct cost analysis and price breakdowns to prepare competitive bids. Research and analyze competitors, industry trends, and market pricing. Highlight risks and benefits associated with the tender and make recommendations.

3. Compliance and Documentation



Ensure all tender submissions meet the legal and regulatory requirements. Maintain a library of standard tender templates, documentation, and certifications. Keep records of tender documents, bid evaluations, and award results for future reference.

4. Coordination and Communication



Liaise with clients, vendors, and partners to clarify tender details and requirements. Act as a point of contact between internal departments and external stakeholders during the tendering process. Arrange meetings and presentations to discuss tender strategies with senior management.
