Tender Estimator / Business Development - WATER INFRASTRUCTURE WORK VERY IMPORTANT Position Overview : We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Tender Estimator / Business Development professional with a minimum of 5 years of proven experience in the Water Infrastructure industry . The ideal candidate should have a solid background in estimating project costs, preparing tender documents, and fostering business growth within the field of construction of dams, water pipelines, and irrigation projects. This role requires a strong understanding of project requirements, cost analysis, and client engagement. Location: Prabhadevi, Mumbai Key Responsibilities: Tender Estimation: Prepare accurate and competitive cost estimates for Water Infrastructure projects, considering materials, labour, equipment, and other relevant factors. Tender Documentation: Create comprehensive tender documents, including technical specifications, scope of work, project schedules, and pricing details. Business Development: Identify and pursue business opportunities in the Water Infrastructure sector, including potential projects, partnerships, and collaborations. Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and presenting tailored solutions that align with their project requirements. Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential areas for business growth in the Water Infrastructure industry. Proposal Preparation: Develop compelling proposals and presentations that effectively communicate the companys value proposition and capabilities to potential clients. Networking: Attend industry events, conferences, and seminars to expand professional networks and stay updated on industry developments. Qualifications and Experience: Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field. Masters degree is a plus. Minimum of 5 years of experience in tender estimation , specifically within the Water Infrastructure industry. Strong understanding of Water Infrastructure projects, including the construction of dams, water pipelines, and irrigation systems. Proven track record of successful tender submissions and business development initiatives. Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills. Proficiency in relevant software and tools for estimating and business development. Familiarity with industry regulations, standards, and market dynamics.
