Job Description

Role Overview :

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Estimator to support our sales and production teams by preparing accurate cost estimates for industrial furniture projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in manufacturing estimation, strong numerical skills, and a deep understanding of materials, labour, and fabrication processes.

Key Responsibilities :

1- Estimation:

To understand the client requirement correctly from sales team / Manager / directly from Client to be able to convert it in a quotation

Preparation of rough size estimation

Preparing quotation for furniture and storage solutions based on client requirements, drawings, and

specifications

Initiate proposal process, preparation of techno-commercial bids, to participate in pre

bid discussion, negotiating proposal and finalization to meet both client and company needs

Provide pre-sales technical assistance and product education to the client

Preparing all quotations using First Time Right Approach.

Assist the manager in analysing costs and sales

Working on after-sales support services

2-Material Analysis:

Evaluate material requirements, sourcing costs, and supplier quotes.

3-Labor & Overhead:

Calculate labour, machine time, and overhead costs for each project.

4-Tender Support:

Assist in preparing pricing for government and institutional tenders.

5-Documentation:

Maintain records of estimates, revisions, and final pricing.

6-Coordination:

Collaborate with design, production, and sales teams to ensure feasibility and accuracy.

7-Reporting:

Present cost breakdowns and margin analysis to CEO/Management.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
