Key Objective:

Prepare and submit competitive tender proposals for MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) items/projects, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and alignment with client requirements. Demonstrate strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to managing the tendering process from start to finish.

Develop strategic approaches to determine competitive tender pricing through detailed item analysis. Collect market rates for materials and items, and engage in strong negotiations with suppliers to achieve optimal cost efficiencies.

Develop strategic plans to determine competitive and profitable tender-winning rates through detailed item analysis. Create competitive pricing models and bidding strategies to improve tender success rates. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, consultants, and industry partners to understand their needs and expectations. Represent the company at industry events and forums to enhance brand visibility and build a professional network.--

Implementation

o Conduct detailed rate analysis of items and recommend tender-winning rates ensuring a minimum profit margin of

12%-15%

for the company. Ensure timely submission of tender rates to the designated tender submission authority. Maintain strict confidentiality for all tender-related documents and information. Oversee and manage all tender-related documentation and paperwork as per company and client requirements. Track tender announcements and ensure timely responses within stipulated deadlines. Communicate price bid opening results to the management and accounts department.

o Lead and manage a team of engineers and support staff involved in the tendering process. Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members, ensuring timely and accurate completion of deliverables. Mentor and guide team members to enhance their skills, technical knowledge, and overall performance. Monitor and evaluate tender processes and submissions, identifying areas for process improvement and efficiency gains.

Pay: ₹284,851.56 - ₹1,213,099.14 per year
