Job Description

The role's Key Objective is:

Preparing and submitting competitive tender proposals for MEP items/projects, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and alignment with client requirements.

Strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to managing tender processes.

Strategic:

Conduct thorough market research to identify potential opportunities and trends in the MEP sector.

Develop strategic plans for arriving at the best tender winning rates and doing through Analysis of the Item.

Survey and Collection of the market rates of material and item and heavily negotiating the same to arrive at Tender Winning rates.

Create competitive pricing models and strategies to enhance bid success rates.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, consultants, and industry partners to understand their needs and expectations.

Represent the company at industry events and forums to enhance brand visibility and networking.

Managerial:

Lead and manage a team of engineers and support staff involved in the tender process.

Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members, ensuring timely and accurate completion of deliverables.

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per year
