The Tender Coordinator is responsible for managing and coordinating the end-to-end tendering process. This role ensures that all proposals, bids, and tender submissions are completed accurately, on time, and in line with company policies and client requirements. The Tender Coordinator acts as the central point of contact between internal teams and external stakeholders during the tender process.
Key Responsibilities:
Review tender notices, RFPs, and RFQs to identify relevant opportunities.
Coordinate with internal departments (technical, finance, legal, operations) to gather required information and documentation.
Prepare, format, and compile tender documents in compliance with client specifications.
Ensure timely submission of tenders, proposals, and supporting documents.
Maintain an up-to-date tender tracker and database of submitted/awarded projects.
Monitor tender portals, government websites, and industry platforms for new opportunities.
Manage clarifications, correspondence, and follow-up with clients during the tendering process.
Ensure adherence to company standards, legal, and compliance requirements.
Support contract handover to execution teams after successful award.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
2-5 years of experience in tendering, proposals, or contracts administration (industry-specific experience preferred).
Familiarity with government and private tendering processes.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
