Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or related field.
Good understanding of tendering processes and documentation.
Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Sheets).
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Certification or training in tender management or procurement is a plus (optional).
KEY RESPONSIBILITY:
Coordinate pre-tender activities, including collecting technical and commercial inputs from internal teams.
Prepare, review, compile required tender documentation. Upload and manage bids on e-tendering platforms such as GeM, CPPP, state portals and other online procurement sites.
Attend Pre Tender meetings at Client site.
Coordinate with suppliers, OEMs, and internal departments for documentation support. Maintain tender database and assist in generating MIS/reports.
DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE:
Graduate in any technical discipline ( BCA / BSc Electronics / Engineering preferred).
Freshers can apply; experience in e-tendering is an added advantage.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PDF tools).
Familiarity with online tender portals (GeM, CPPP, etc.) will be preferred.
Strong attention to detail, good communication skills, and ability to meet deadlines.
