Coordinate pre-tender activities, including collecting technical and commercial inputs from internal/ external teams.
Prepare, review, compile required tender documentation. Upload and manage bids on e-tendering platforms such as GeM / state portals and other online procurement sites.
Coordinate with suppliers, OEMs, and internal departments for documentation support. Maintain tender database.
QUALIFICATION:
Graduate in any technical discipline ( Engg Diploma / B tech/ BCA / Other Diploma /Other Degree with experiance in Online tendering in GeM and E- tenders will be considered.
Experiance in Online tendering in GeM and E- tenders desirable.
Good understanding of tendering processes and documentation . Previous Experiance/ Familiarity in GeM and E - tenders preferable.
Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Sheets).

Strong attention to detail and good communication skills.
