accurately.
Handling
tender submissions
(online & offline) before deadlines.
Collecting, organizing and maintaining all
documentation
required for tender filing.
Coordinating with internal departments to gather required documents.
Preparing vendor registrations and updating company profiles on tender portals.
Tracking new tenders on GeM, CPP, e-Procurement portals, etc.
Maintaining tender MIS, follow-ups & records.
Ensuring compliance with company policies and tender guidelines.
