Key Responsibilities



Understanding of

tender documents

, scope of work, eligibility criteria and technical requirements. Preparing and maintaining

BOQ (Bill of Quantity)

accurately. Handling

tender submissions

(online & offline) before deadlines. Collecting, organizing and maintaining all

documentation

required for tender filing. Coordinating with internal departments to gather required documents. Preparing vendor registrations and updating company profiles on tender portals. Tracking new tenders on GeM, CPP, e-Procurement portals, etc. Maintaining tender MIS, follow-ups & records. Ensuring compliance with company policies and tender guidelines.

Required Skills



Strong knowledge of

Tender Process & Documentation

. Good understanding of

BOQ preparation

. Proficiency in

MS Excel, Word, PDF

. Good communication & coordination skills. Ability to work under deadlines and multitask.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month

Experience:

tender & documentation: 2 years (Required)
Willingness to travel:

50% (Preferred)
Work Location: In person
