Handle end-to-end tender documentation, submission, and follow-up.
Source vendors, obtain quotations, and prepare comparative statements.
Negotiate prices, terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers.
Maintain purchase records, agreements, and supplier databases.
Coordinate with internal departments for material requirements.
Review tender notifications and ensure timely submission.
Prepare purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of materials.
Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and tender guidelines.
Track and manage renewals of tenders, registrations, and contracts.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree (Any discipline).
Minimum 1-3 years' experience in Purchase / Tender / Procurement.
Strong knowledge of tender portals and government e-procurement systems.
Good negotiation and communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PDF).
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under deadlines.
