Key Responsibilities



1.

Back Office Support



o Maintain proper filing, documentation, and records.

o Coordinate with internal departments and vendors for required data.

o Draft letters, and prepare basic correspondence.

o Manage email communications and follow-up tasks.

o Update and maintain reports, trackers, and MIS.

2.

Tender Management



o Search and identify relevant tenders on e-portals (GeM, CPPP, State portals, etc.).

o Download, study, and understand tender requirements.

o Prepare and compile all necessary documents (technical & financial).

o Coordinate with respective teams for certifications, approvals, and compliance.

o Upload and submit tenders online within deadlines.

o Maintain records of tenders submitted and track outcomes.

Skills & Competencies



Minimum 2+ yrs exp with below requirements...



Knowledge of tender portals (GeM, CPPP, e-procurement).



Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Good documentation and organizational abilities.

Good communication skills (written & verbal).

Detail-oriented and ability to meet strict deadlines.

Basic knowledge of GST, invoices, and commercial terms (preferred).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹400,000.00 per year
