Job Description

The candidate should be a Graduate of Any with good knowledge of

pharmacy, or pharmaceutical.



:

Research and identify tender opportunities related to

defense contracts, central government portals, CGHS, ESI, GEM, portal, state government portals, medical colleges

, and other relevant sectors.

Manage the

end-to-end tender process

, including tender

document preparation

, submission, and follow-up.

Coordinate with internal teams to gather necessary information and documentation required for tender submissions.

Ensure compliance with

tender requirements,

including technical specifications,

timelines, and submission guidelines

.

Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including government officials, procurement officers, and potential partners.

Monitor tender portals and websites regularly to stay updated on new opportunities and changes in tender requirements.

Prepare and analyze tender documents, contracts, and agreements to identify risks and opportunities.

.Have full sound knowledge and manage end to end submission, searching tenders on Gem portal

.

Have Knowledge About L1 Comparison



Assist in negotiating contract terms and conditions, if required.

Maintain a database of tender documents, submissions, and outcomes for future reference and analysis.

Provide periodic reports and updates on tender activities to management and relevant stakeholders.

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
