Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented
Tender Executive
to manage government and private tenders, handle financial records, and support digital marketing and presentation design. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in
Tally, Canva, and digital marketing tools
, with strong organizational and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage tender preparation, documentation, submission, and follow-ups on GEM and other portals.
Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal departments to gather pricing and technical inputs.
Maintain accurate financial and accounting records using
Tally
.
Create and design professional presentations, brochures, and catalogs using
Canva
.
Support the marketing team in
digital marketing campaigns
, social media updates, and lead generation.
Track tender deadlines and ensure timely submission and compliance.
Assist in preparing BOQs, quotations, and cost comparisons.
Maintain tender records, EMD tracking, and vendor databases.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in
Commerce / Business Administration / IT / Marketing
or related field.
1-3 years
of relevant experience in tender management or accounts.
Proficiency in
Tally ERP
,
MS Excel
, and
Word
.
Working knowledge of
Canva
and
digital marketing tools
(Google Ads, LinkedIn, etc.).
Strong communication, multitasking, and coordination abilities.
Must be willing to work
from office (Gurugram)
and attend onsite interviews.
Salary:
Competitive, based on experience and performance.
