Pinnacle Engineering (India) Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is a trusted name in the Power & Energy domain, providing end-to-end solutions for HV, EHV, and Solar projects. We specialize in consultancy, EPC services, metering infrastructure, and sustainable energy systems across India. We are looking for a Tender and Estimation Engineer who will be responsible for managing the end-to-end tendering process and preparing accurate project cost estimates for ongoing and upcoming projects in HV, EHV, and Solar energy sectors. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background, commercial awareness, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

I. Tendering:

Review and analyze tender documents, BOQs, technical specifications, drawings, and eligibility criteria from government bodies, DISCOMs, utilities, and private clients. Coordinate with internal departments (engineering, procurement, finance) for data and inputs needed for tender submissions. Prepare and submit techno-commercial bids in compliance with RFP/RFQ/RFIs. Maintain an organized database of tender documents, deadlines, submission schedules, and bid results. Identify potential risks in contract terms and ensure compliance with bidding norms. Build and maintain relationships with government portals, vendors, and consultants.

II. Estimation

:

Prepare detailed cost estimates (civil, electrical, and other relevant components) for HV, EHV, and Solar projects. Perform quantity take-offs and rate analysis based on drawings, site inputs, and standard engineering practices. Coordinate with the procurement team for vendor quotations and price benchmarks. Support management in bid pricing strategy and proposal finalization. Assist in preparing project budgets and cost sheets for internal approvals.

Qualifications:

Diploma / B.E. / B. Tech in Electrical or Civil Engineering (preferred). Certification in Contracts Management / Estimation will be an added advantage. 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in tendering and estimation, especially in power transmission, distribution, substation, or solar EPC projects. Proficient in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and estimation software (e.g., Candy, CostX, etc.) Well-versed with government e-procurement portals (e.g., CPPP, GEM, SEB portals). Strong understanding of electrical and civil BOQs, contract clauses, and technical drawings. Detail-oriented with strong numerical and analytical ability. Excellent written and verbal communication. Ability to manage multiple tenders simultaneously under tight deadlines. Team player with initiative and accountability.

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
