Position Overview
We are looking for a dynamic
Sales & Collection Team Leader
to manage both business growth and recovery operations. The role involves leading a team of sales and collection executives, achieving disbursement & recovery targets, maintaining portfolio health, and ensuring smooth branch operations.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Management
Lead and manage a team of sales executives to achieve monthly disbursement targets.
Generate new business opportunities through dealer/DSA networks and market references.
Train and motivate the team to improve sales productivity.
Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, partners, and customers.
Monitor competitor activities and provide regular market feedback.
Collection Management
Supervise and guide collection executives to achieve recovery & overdue targets.
Plan and allocate bucket-wise cases, ensuring timely follow-up with customers.
Handle escalated cases and negotiate settlements when required.
Ensure proper documentation, compliance, and minimal NPA levels.
Coordinate with legal/recovery team for critical accounts.
Reporting & Leadership
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales & collection reports for management.
Ensure adherence to company policies, credit norms, and operational guidelines.
Provide on-field support to team members and drive performance improvement.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate (MBA/PGDM preferred).
3-6 years of experience in NBFC/Banking/Financial Services with team-handling exposure.
Strong knowledge of Dahod region (market, dealers, customer behavior).
Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability to balance sales growth and recovery pressure effectively.
Proficiency in MS Excel & reporting.
