Overview:
Deployment / L1.5 support engineers to handle all app patches and deployments in lower environments Deployment resources should be on site for the activity though KT can be done remotely.



Responsibilities:

Responsibilities:

Plan, coordinate, and execute environment setup, refresh, and deployment activities. Ensure proper configuration and version alignment of applications and infrastructure components. Track and manage environment availability, ensuring minimal downtime during test cycles. Document environment configurations, dependencies, and deployment processes. Act as the first point of contact (L1 support) for environment-related incidents. Troubleshoot issues in coordination with infrastructure, DevOps, and application teams. Maintain a ticket log and ensure timely resolution or escalation of issues.

Excellent communication, leadership, and coordination skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.

Basic Linux administration skills Windows administration skills Good in shell scripting or PowerShell scripting Understanding of CI/CD concepts to execute pipelines Basic admin skills for one of the DB - Oracle/MS SQL/PostgreSQL Basic Understanding of databases & Store procedures Troubleshooting skills IT Experience - 3 to 5 years Good Oral and written Communication * Attention to detail
