Job Purpose:
To handle inbound and outbound calls, assist customers in Telugu, and promote company products/services.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer customer queries and provide information in Telugu.
Promote and sell products/services to potential clients.
Maintain customer records and update information in the system.
Follow up with leads and resolve customer issues.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Education: Minimum 10th/12th grade; Bachelor's degree preferred.
Experience: Previous experience in tele calling or customer service is a plus.

Skills:
o Fluency in Telugu (spoken and written).
o Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM software).
o Good communication and listening skills.
o Positive attitude and a persuasive approach.
Time:- 10.00 am to 6.30 pm
Leave:- Sunday off
