Job Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated

Middle School Telugu Teacher

to join our academic team. The candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality Telugu language education to students in grades 6 to 8, promoting language proficiency, cultural understanding, and effective communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging Telugu lessons according to the school curriculum and educational standards. Teach reading, writing, grammar, literature, and conversational Telugu to middle school students. Encourage student participation and foster a positive learning environment that motivates students to develop interest in the Telugu language and culture. Evaluate students' performance through regular assessments, assignments, and oral activities. Provide individual support to students who need extra help or guidance in mastering the language. Integrate modern teaching aids and technology to enhance learning outcomes. Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and performance. Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress and behavior. Participate in school events, cultural programs, and teacher development workshops. Ensure adherence to the school's policies and promote discipline in the classroom.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Telugu Language, Literature, Education, or a related field. B.Ed (Bachelor of Education) preferred. Prior experience in teaching Telugu at the middle school level is an advantage. Excellent command of the Telugu language (oral and written). Good communication and interpersonal skills. Passion for teaching and working with young students.

Innovative and creative teaching methods. Ability to inspire and motivate students. Good organizational skills and ability to manage a classroom effectively. Familiarity with digital teaching tools.
