You will be responsible for generating leads, explaining products, and closing sales through calls, WhatsApp, and digital communication channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Communicate with Telugu-speaking clients to promote company products/services.
Manage both inbound and outbound sales calls.
Understand customer needs and offer the right financial or service-based solutions.
Maintain client data, prepare reports, and meet daily/weekly sales targets.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Fluency in Telugu language
is mandatory.
1-3 years of experience in
Inside Sales / Tele Sales / Customer Acquisition
.
Must be currently residing in
Delhi NCR or Gurugram
.
Excellent verbal communication and persuasive selling skills.
Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
