Role Overview We are hiring a Telugu Language Specialist for a premium customer support process. This is a non-sales, non-target role focused on delivering an exceptional customer experience for Xiaomi customers.

Key Responsibilities Manage inbound customer interactions in Telugu via voice support Address customer inquiries with clarity, professionalism, and empathy Provide accurate guidance on Xiaomi products and services Ensure timely resolution while maintaining quality standards Document interactions in accordance with process requirements Adhere strictly to company policies and service benchmarks

Candidate Profile Excellent command over spoken Telugu (mandatory) Basic English communication skills required Undergraduate / Graduate candidates welcome Freshers and experienced professionals may apply Willingness to work from Gurgaon (Sector 18)
