Role Overview:
We are seeking an articulate and patient
ERP Support Specialist
to join our team. Your primary goal is to master our software and teach our customers how to use it effectively. This is a long-term role where you will build relationships with clients by providing ongoing training and technical support.

Key Responsibilities:
Demonstration:
clearly explain the features and benefits of our Quarry/Crusher ERP software to potential and existing clients in
Telugu/Hindi/Tamil
Training:
Conduct detailed training sessions (online or on-site) to ensure client staff understands how to use the software for their daily operations.
Implementation:
Assist clients during the initial setup phase to ensure smooth onboarding.
Long-term Support:
Serve as the first point of contact for client queries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring their long-term satisfaction.
Requirements:
Language Proficiency:
Must be fluent in
Tamil, Telugu, and Hindi
(Speaking and listening). You will be communicating with clients across different regions.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in any field. (B.Sc, B.Com, BCA, or B.E/B.Tech).
Experience:
Freshers are welcome; full product training will be provided.
Skills:
Strong communication skills, patience in teaching others, and basic computer literacy.
Availability:
Willing to commit to a long-term role.
