Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls with Telugu-speaking customers.
Resolve customer queries related to products and services efficiently.
Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems regularly.
Provide prompt solutions and escalate complex issues when required.
Ensure customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
Coordinate with the internal teams to improve service quality.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Fluency in Telugu language

1-5 years of experience in

Must be currently residing in
