THE INDIAN PUBLIC SCHOOL - Immediate Joiner Telugu and Maths Teacher Responsibilities:
- Understanding the curriculum and developing schedules, lesson plans, and teaching methods that will help students cover the required content.
- To support the ideals and policies of the school and to implement the school\'s philosophy and objectives.
- To be informed about the aims and curriculum of the area in which he/she teaches.
- Keeping up to date with changes and developments in the structure of the curriculum.
- Preparing and delivering lessons that are stimulating and clear.
- Setting up tests, assignments, experiments, and grading students fairly.
- Ensuring appropriate resources and consultation times are available to students.
- Mentoring and providing support to student teachers.
- Attending staff and parent meetings, conferences, workshops, and other continuing education programs.
- Ensuring a safe, healthy classroom environment where learning can take place.
- To have a core belief of concept clarity and diligent practice.
- To efficiently meet the modules such as Concept Builder, Knowledge Builder, Speed Builder and to daily practice the assignments/ assessments as scheduled.
- Motivating students with an enthusiastic, imaginative presentation.
- Preparing and marking work to facilitate positive students development.
- Meeting requirements for the assessment and recording of students development.
- Degree in B.Ed. or a related discipline.
- Relevant certification may be required.
- A completed apprenticeship would be advantageous.
- Knowledge of teaching styles recommended.
- Excellent interpersonal, as well as written and verbal communication skills.
- Sound knowledge of health and safety regulations.
- Ability to inspire and motivate students.
- Strong multitasking skills.
