Job Overview:

Bharat Agrolink is seeking a

Telugu-speaking Agri Advisor

to join our dynamic agricultural advisory and customer support team. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of agriculture practices, crop protection products, and farmer engagement. This role involves guiding farmers in Telugu on the correct use of our agrochemicals, fertilizers, and biological products, while ensuring excellent customer satisfaction and technical support.

Key Responsibilities:

Communicate effectively with farmers and dealers in the Telugu language to provide product knowledge and guidance Advise farmers on crop protection, nutrition, and disease management solutions Assist in explaining the benefits, usage, and dosage of Bharat Agrolink products Handle farmer queries and provide solutions through calls, messages, or social media platforms Support marketing and sales teams by gathering farmer feedback and market insights Coordinate with technical experts to deliver accurate and timely information to customers Maintain daily reports of calls, inquiries, and farmer interactions Contribute to promotional campaigns and awareness activities in Telugu regions

Requirements:

Proficiency in

Telugu

(spoken and written) is mandatory Basic understanding of

agriculture, crop management, and agri inputs

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to explain technical information in simple, farmer-friendly language Knowledge of computer operations (MS Office, WhatsApp, basic CRM tools) Willingness to learn and grow within the agri advisory domain
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Arera Colony, Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
