Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Outbound Calling

: Make calls to prospective students who have shown interest (via form fills, events, digital campaigns, etc.) to share information about programs.

Inbound Handling

: Receive calls / respond to inbound enquiries about courses, eligibility, fee structure, admission deadlines, etc.

Counselling

: Understand the student's interests and academic background and suggest suitable programs. Explain course structure, duration, admission criteria.

Follow-up

: Regularly follow up with leads to nurture them -- via calls, SMS or emails (if part of process) -- to move them through the admission funnel.

Database Management

: Maintain accurate records of all calls and prospective students in the CRM / ERP / lead management system.

Reporting

: Generate MIS (Management Information System) reports on call outcomes, conversion rates, follow-up schedules, and other KPIs.

Event Participation

: Support admission events (open houses, webinars, fairs) by following up with leads, scheduling calls, or preparing pre-event lists.

Team Collaboration

: Coordinate with admissions counselors, marketing team, and other stakeholders for lead handover, feedback, and strategy.

Quality & Compliance

: Ensure calls adhere to university standards (tone, messaging), and data protection / privacy norms.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
