Make outbound calls to prospective clients to promote real estate projects and generate leads. Handle inbound inquiries and provide information about projects, pricing, and offers. Schedule site visits and appointments for the sales team. Maintain a database of leads, follow up regularly, and ensure proper documentation. Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and lead-generation targets. Support the sales team with client coordination and communication. Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a professional and approachable demeanor at all times.
