Role Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and target-driven
Telly Caller
with 1 to 3 years of experience, preferably in real estate or customer-focused roles. The ideal candidate will be confident in making outbound calls, generating leads, and assisting the sales team by scheduling meetings and following up with prospective clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective clients to promote real estate projects and generate leads.
Handle inbound inquiries and provide information about projects, pricing, and offers.
Schedule site visits and appointments for the sales team.
Maintain a database of leads, follow up regularly, and ensure proper documentation.
Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and lead-generation targets.
Support the sales team with client coordination and communication.
Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a professional and approachable demeanor at all times.
Working Hours:
10:00 am - 7:30 pm (Monday to Saturday)
Qualifications:
High school diploma or Bachelor's degree preferred.
0 to 3 years of experience as a telecaller/telesales executive, preferably in real estate.
Excellent communication and persuasive skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi (preferred).
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Goal-oriented with a positive attitude and customer service mindset.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
